Mindy DeMain has enjoyed a Career in Real Estate since 1993. Through the years she has continued to have a excellent reputation for providing solid advice, excellent customer service, and high degree of client satisfaction.



Mindy was raised in the business spending time on the weekends as a child in her Grandfathers Real Estate Company in the Bay Area, she fell in love with the business and all it meant to others in assisting them with their lifelong goals.



Mindy has continued to develop her skills from being a consistent top producer, in addition was a co-owner of a boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Sacramento. In January 2004, Mindy’s company joined forces with Keller Williams Realty due mainly to KW’s innovative business systems and models.



Mindy then even furthered her career by taking a position as CEO/Team Leader of the Keller Williams Elk Grove office in 2006, running a large Real Estate firm for over five years gave Mindy a whole new appreciation and set of knowledge of the Real Estate business.



Mindy continues to leave a trail of signs of success mainly due to her professional approach to helping her sellers and buyers and investors with the largest purchase of their lifetime and the biggest investments they may have. Mindy specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to her Real Estate practice, along with her dedicated team who offer guidance to simplify the process and create a smooth transaction with well-organized, straight-forward approach and systems that are proven time and again to be extremely successful.



Mindy is most proud of her role as a wife and mother with two amazing kids that her and her husband Greg are so very proud of and love spending as much time as a family as possible.
